"As an out- of- town buyer, working with Monica made the whole home buying process a lot less stressful. She was frank with both pros and cons of the areas I was looking at, put together a strong offer, including negotiating with the buyer on additional items, and kept me up to date during the whole process. Monica did a tremendous job uncovering my needs. When purchasing a home, many aspects need to be considered and it all starts with a series of qualifying questions.
